All lessons are conducted in a private facility, so no need to feel embarrassed about looking like a beginner in a large impersonal gym. One-on-one instruction means you get right into the heart of classic boxing quickly and without distraction. Please contact us and ask about having your first lesson at no charge. Lessons are available days, evenings, and weekends.

capabilities. Students can choose to have parts of their lessons
recorded on video for analysis and study.
Our 3000-square-foot facility includes a 22-foot welded-steel
professional boxing ring, as well as 20x20 wrestling mats for our
grappling program. We continue to offer the private one-on-one lessons
that have made Oak Lawn Boxing so successful!
